Terms of Service

By creating a LearnHex account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared or resold.

Course access

Enrolling grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course's material for as long as the platform offers it. You may not redistribute, resell, republish or publicly share course content.

Acceptable use

• Do not post unlawful, harassing or deliberately misleading content.
• Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the platform.
• Do not scrape or bulk-download course material.
• Do not impersonate another learner or an instructor.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the assignment submissions you create. You grant us permission to display them within the platform so the course can function, and to show them to the instructor for grading.

Certificates

Certificates record that you completed a course on LearnHex. They are not an accredited qualification and carry no formal academic standing.

Availability and changes

We may update course material, change these terms, or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, the refund policy applies.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
