Privacy Policy

This explains what LearnHex collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account — your name and email address. Passwords are stored only as an Argon2id hash and are never recoverable.
• Learning activity — enrolments, lesson completions, quiz attempts and scores, assignment submissions.
• Session records — the IP address and browser user agent attached to each sign-in, so you can spot unfamiliar access.
• Payments — order and payment identifiers from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Why we collect it

To run your account, show your progress, grade your work, issue certificates, process payments, and protect the platform from abuse.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie, which holds your session. It is HTTP-only, restricted to this site, and cannot be read by JavaScript. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Razorpay processes payments. Video lessons are embedded from YouTube (via the no-cookie domain) and Vimeo, which may collect their own data when you play a video. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Account and learning records are kept while your account exists. Expired sessions and rate-limiting records are discarded automatically.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its records. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
